Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, revenue growth, and guest experience across all food and beverage outlets in a 5-star luxury hotel. The role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with strong commercial acumen, luxury service orientation, and people leadership skills.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality
Extensive experience in luxury hotel F&B operations
Exposure to international hotel brands preferred
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and specialty outlets
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across F&B operations
Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury service standards
Develop and implement F&B strategies, menus, promotions, and service concepts
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for F&B departments
Monitor KPIs such as covers, average check, food cost, beverage cost, and guest satisfaction scores
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, licensing, and statutory regulations
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor negotiations
Lead, train, and develop F&B leadership and service teams
Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu engineering and quality consistency
Plan and execute banquets, events, and special functions
Implement quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Strengthen brand positioning through innovative dining experiences
