Primary Responsibilities :
As the Senior Manager-Finance, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivables, accounts payables, general accounting, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in month-end and year-end closing activities, handling audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement and implementation of financial systems, processes, and controls. You will also be involved in developing financial reports, projections and MIS dashboards, as well as mentoring junior team members to support the financial needs of a fast-growing organisation. Experience Requirements:
Handle all aspects of account receivables/ account payables/general accounting & oversee regular operations. • Work on month end and yearly closing of books & reporting to management & investors. • Handle audits internal, statutory, tax, etc. • Preparation of financial statements periodically company wise and consolidated for management review and decision making. • Preparation of financial statements for auditors & ensure compliances as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act. • Handle corporate taxes and other compliances such as GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, PT, EPF, RBI, etc. • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems. • Preparation of Budgets, planning, forecasting and board presentations. • Prepare/assist business team plans, financial plans, controls, develop short and long term financial projections. • Preparation of various MIS including Analysis for reporting to management. • Provide training to junior team and build team capable of handling needs of a growing business. Skills & Experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of accounting software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines. • High integrity and a natural inclination to take responsibility. • Exposure to accounting software such as Xero and Tally is preferred. • Familiarity with UK accounting and reporting standards would be an advantage.
