Sales Development & Lead Generation
Generate new sales leads through field activities, dealer networks, and institutional clients.
Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
Manage institutional sales and key accounts to ensure consistent business growth.
Sales Execution & Coordination
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Coordinate closely with the head office and internal teams for order processing and execution.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and closure of sales opportunities.
Market & Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, institutional customers, and key stakeholders.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Represent the organization professionally in the market.
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 years of field sales experience.
Proven experience in dealer handling and institutional sales is preferred.
