🔹 Job Purpose
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting corporate governance, legal coordination, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution. This role ensures alignment between leadership priorities and organizational operations.
🔹 Preferred Profile
LLB qualification with corporate law exposure
Experience working closely with CXOs / Founders / Board members
Prior experience in manufacturing, corporate office, or regulated industries is an advantage

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership Support
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on strategic and operational matters
Drive execution of key corporate initiatives and leadership priorities
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for board and leadership meetings
Corporate & Governance
Support corporate governance, compliance, and policy implementation
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external consultants on corporate matters
Oversee documentation related to contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
Legal & Compliance (Preferred – LLB Background)
Review, draft, and manage legal documents, MOUs, NDAs, and contracts
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory laws
Liaise with legal counsel for litigation or advisory matters
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between leadership and internal teams
Track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes across departments
Facilitate communication and ensure timely execution of decisions
Operational Excellence
Monitor KPIs, MIS reports, and business performance dashboards
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
Support risk management and decision-making processes
