Ravissant is a premium lifestyle brand with a growing portfolio across luxury silverware, fashion, fitness, salon services, and designer carpets. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Brand & Performance Manager to lead and scale our complete digital ecosystem across all verticals.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who understands luxury branding, digital performance, content creation, and website management, and can independently drive growth across multiple premium brands.
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management
Experience with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, interiors, or premium brands preferred
Advanced Meta Ads expertise (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics
CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual storytelling
Hands-on with photography, videography & creative direction
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
Ability to manage multiple brand verticals independently

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute digital and social strategies for all Ravissant brands.
Build and scale the digital identity of the Luxury Carpet segment with dedicated social platforms.
Manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Define luxury brand positioning, storytelling, and visual tone.
Create and curate premium content: reels, videos, editorials, and campaigns.
Highlight craftsmanship, heritage, authenticity, and design through storytelling.
Track trends, competitors, and audience insights to refine strategy.
Lead influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Own and manage Meta Ads across all brand pages (mandatory).
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for awareness, leads, and conversions.
Build advanced audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting, interest-based).
Manage budgets, creative testing, and ROI optimization.
Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing).
Track and report performance with actionable insights.
Content, Photography & Videography
Provide creative direction for all digital content.
Be hands-on with photoshoots, videography, styling, and editing.
Ensure international luxury quality across all visuals.
Website & Digital Ecosystem
Manage website content, collections, banners, and landing pages.
Handle updates via CMS (WordPress or similar).
Integrate and promote the Carpet segment on the website.
Work with designers and developers for UX, SEO, and performance.
Track and optimize website performance using analytics.
Brand Experience & Customer Engagement
Manage DMs, inquiries, reviews, and customer communication.
Drive digital initiatives that build trust and loyalty.
Maintain consistent and premium brand experience online.
Analytics, Reporting & Leadership
Track KPIs across social, paid media, and website.
Prepare monthly performance and strategy reports.
Work with sales, design, and operations teams.
Take complete ownership of digital growth and execution.
