POSITION REQUIREMENTS – FUNCTIONAL
Engineering Graduate / Diploma holder in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering
3 to 4 years of sales experience in industrial products such as:
Industrial Chains
Bearings, Gears, Belts
Cutting Tools
Power Transmission products
Strong knowledge of sales processes and commercial terms
Good negotiation skills
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

Strong planning and execution capabilities
Willingness to travel and explore new territories
Punctual, self-driven, and result-oriented
Ambitious with a strong “Can-Do” attitude
Experience Requirements:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect, develop, and generate orders from existing and new customers and dealers within the assigned territory
Achieve successful order closures as per monthly sales targets and company policies
Ensure smooth order execution in coordination with the Back Office team, adhering to agreed order terms
Handle pre-sales activities such as:
Customer master data creation
Completion of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), if applicable
Timely execution of purchase agreements
Manage post-sales follow-ups, including collection of payments
Coordinate with Factory and Back Office teams to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Prepare a monthly customer contact plan for both Direct and MRO segments, obtain approval from the Head of Sales, and execute accordingly
Gather regular market feedback and report insights to the reporting officer
Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries effectively and maintaining the company’s reputation
