Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Claims Associate to handle and process claims efficiently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. The role involves managing end-to-end claims processing and supporting the team in maintaining service quality.
Experience
4 to 5 years of experience in claims operations
Education
Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred)
Salary
₹6 LPA to ₹8 LPA

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Process and review claims from initiation to closure
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle claim-related queries and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain proper documentation and records for all claims
Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases when required
Support in improving claims processes and reducing turnaround time
Assist in reporting and tracking claim performance metrics
