Job Title: Billing / Planning Engineer
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–6 Years (preferred)

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer responsible for managing project billing, cost tracking, and planning activities. The role involves preparing bills, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely execution as per project schedules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in billing and project planning
Key Skills
Knowledge of billing processes (RA bills, BOQ, quantity take-off)
Familiarity with planning tools like MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel

Billing Responsibilities:
Prepare client bills, RA bills, and final bills as per project progress
Verify quantities as per drawings and site measurements
Coordinate with site teams for billing data and documentation
Track payments and follow up for bill approvals
Planning Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using planning tools
Monitor project progress and compare with planned timelines
Identify delays and suggest corrective actions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors
Maintain proper documentation of billing and planning records
Support cost control and project tracking activities
