Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee technical operations, project execution, and engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, managing technical resources, and driving project success within timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in technical/project management roles

Technical Leadership:
- Lead and manage engineering/technical teams across projects

- Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
Design & Review:
- Review technical drawings, designs, and specifications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Approve technical submissions and documentation
Team Management:
- Mentor and develop team members
- Allocate resources and manage workload efficiently
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Address technical queries and provide solutions
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders
Quality & Compliance:
- Implement quality control measures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
