Job Title: Technical Manager

Salary Budget: ₹65,000 – ₹1,30,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee technical operations, project execution, and engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, managing technical resources, and driving project success within timelines and budgets.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in technical/project management roles

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and manage engineering/technical teams across projects
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to complex issues
  • Ensure adherence to design standards, codes, and specifications

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution

Design & Review:

  • Review technical drawings, designs, and specifications
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
  • Approve technical submissions and documentation

Team Management:

  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Allocate resources and manage workload efficiently
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Address technical queries and provide solutions
  • Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders

Quality & Compliance:

  • Implement quality control measures and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
