Job Summary
The Estimation Manager will lead the end-to-end tendering lifecycle, conducting detailed cost analysis, BOQ reviews, and risk assessments to deliver competitive and accurate bids. This role requires a leader capable of managing teams to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs while ensuring strict compliance with Qatari regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: 10–15+ years in estimation and tendering, specifically within the Qatar or GCC construction market.
Certifications: MMUP/UPDA Grade A certification is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimating software such as Candy/CCS or Primavera.
Soft Skills: Strong commercial awareness, expert negotiation skills, and proven leadership ability.
