Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Business Development & Marketing Professional to drive a specialized initiative focused on apartment law and governance. This role is designed for a strategic "executor" who can bridge the gap between legal education and the real estate community. You will be responsible for expanding the reach of our legal masterclasses, building high-value partnerships, and establishing our platform as the gold standard for RWA (Resident Welfare Association) and developer education.

 

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.

Industry Exposure: Prior experience in Real Estate, Professional Services, or Legal Tech is highly preferred.

Skills: * Strong execution skills—you are someone who gets things done without constant supervision.

Proficiency in digital outreach tools and social media professional networking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with high-level association members and corporate developers.

Mindset: A result-oriented approach with the ambition to grow into a long-term leadership role within the organization.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with key decision-makers across Apartment Associations, RWAs, and Real Estate Developers in Bengaluru and beyond.

Event Promotion: Take full ownership of the marketing and promotion lifecycle for legal education events and masterclasses to ensure high attendance and engagement.

Strategic Partnerships: Scout, negotiate, and manage partnerships and sponsorships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and revenue.

Digital Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn to nurture leads and convert prospects.

Brand Building: Support the long-term positioning of the legal education platform as a thought leader in the real estate governance space.

Performance Tracking: Drive results-oriented campaigns with a focus on ROI, independently managing the sales funnel from first contact to conversion.
