Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital and offline channels.

 

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience in managing campaigns and leading initiatives is preferred

Salary

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
  • Oversee social media, digital marketing, and content initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support lead generation and conversion initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization
  • Organize events, promotions, and brand activations
  • Prepare reports and present insights to senior management
