Service Manager – FAE Bikes

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hub operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inventory audits for spare parts, tools, accessories, and vehicle stock
• Supervise service teams, hub staff, and ground operations for productivity and discipline
• Maintain cleanliness, decorum, and adherence to company processes and standards
• Monitor vehicle quality, servicing standards, maintenance schedules, and deployment readiness
• Allocate manpower effectively and manage daily task assignments
• Track vehicle movement, repairs, downtime, and service turnaround time
• Coordinate with operations, customer support, and technical teams for issue resolution
• Implement and enforce SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on operations, inventory, service quality, and team performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in service operations, hub management, or fleet management
• Strong leadership and team handling capabilities
• Experience in EV, automobile, or service center operations preferred
• Strong process management and operational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Customer-first mindset with focus on service excellence

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem
• Ability to handle high-pressure operational environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
