HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training programs
• Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave data, and necessary documents
• Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Manage exit processes including resignation handling, exit interviews, and final settlements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and support HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience in HR role (1–2 years)
• Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
