Job Summary

The Customer Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role involves handling escalations, monitoring performance, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient support operations.

 

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • MBA preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the D2C industry
  • Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role is required

Salary

  • ₹50,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and manage the customer support team
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor team performance and ensure high service quality standards
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and resolution time
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and performance
  • Ensure smooth handling of customer interactions across calls, emails, and chat channels
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with management
