Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Accounts Manager to lead end-to-end financial operations. This role involves managing the complete accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
The position requires close coordination with leadership and external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and financial partners.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting
- Manage daily accounting operations using tools like Tally ERP or Zoho Books
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, petty cash, and vendor reconciliations
- Maintain accurate journal entries, ledgers, and books of accounts
- Process vendor and employee payments and perform bank reconciliations
Statutory Compliance & Filings
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax returns
- Handle ROC filings and coordinate with auditors and company secretaries
- Prepare audit schedules and support statutory and internal audits
- Track loan repayments, interest calculations, and NACH mandates
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Generate and analyze MIS reports for management
- Manage depreciation, EMI schedules, and loan accounting for assets
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Banking & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners
- Manage loan documentation, NACH mandates, and financial agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with external financial stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Indian compliance regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy
Good to Have
- Experience in startup, NBFC, EV, or logistics finance environment
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial presentations
- Familiarity with asset accounting, EMI schedules, and leasing
- Semi-qualified CA (IPCC / Inter) is an added advantage
