Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale projects while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities with extensive experience in handling cross-functional teams and client coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while maintaining quality standards and achieving business objectives.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans and execution strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams.
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
  • Drive collaboration among internal departments and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and senior management.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
  • Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Implement mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company processes.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Track project expenses and ensure financial control.
  • Manage vendor coordination and procurement activities when required.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
  • Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure proper closure documentation and handover processes.
