Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.

Qualification
