Primary Responsibilities :
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
