Primary Responsibilities :
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, washing areas, and storage rooms.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation and movement of materials.
- Segregate and dispose of waste according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of cleaned utensils and kitchen items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support banquet, restaurant, and production kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Maintain personal grooming, discipline, and professional conduct as per company standards.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass / High School qualification.
- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to perform standing, lifting, and cleaning duties.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and time management.
