Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Leadership Hiring and Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting senior and leadership-level professionals across Manufacturing, Construction, Pharma, Engineering, Industrial, and other Non-IT sectors.

This role requires expertise in identifying and engaging high-caliber passive talent, managing complex search assignments, and successfully closing leadership mandates ranging from ₹20 LPA to ₹1 Crore+ CTC.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions.

Execute executive search assignments across Manufacturing, Construction, Pharma, Engineering, Industrial, and related sectors.

Handle mandates ranging from ₹20 LPA to ₹1–2 Crore CTC.

Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis to identify potential candidates.

Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networking, industry references, and headhunting techniques.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for leadership positions.

Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring expectations.

Screen, evaluate, and assess candidate suitability before profile submission.

Coordinate interview processes, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.

Provide salary benchmarking, talent availability insights, and market intelligence to clients.

Maintain accurate candidate records, search reports, and ATS updates.

Ensure a high level of candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Experience

Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Senior-Level Recruitment.

Proven track record of successfully closing leadership positions with compensation ranging from ₹20 LPA to ₹1 Crore+.

Strong hiring experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Manufacturing

Construction

Pharmaceutical

Engineering

Industrial

Other Non-IT industries

Experience working on confidential and niche leadership mandates.
