MD (General Medicine) Consultant

Clinical Care & Patient Management

• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions.
• Conduct OPD consultations and inpatient ward rounds.
• Evaluate patient history, symptoms, and diagnostic findings to formulate treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as required.
• Provide preventive healthcare guidance and lifestyle counseling.

Emergency & Critical Care

• Handle medical emergencies and critical care cases efficiently.
• Provide timely intervention for life-threatening conditions.
• Coordinate with ICU and emergency teams for critical patient management.
• Participate in emergency response and stabilization procedures.

Diagnostic & Treatment Planning

• Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging reports, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and medication protocols.
• Ensure appropriate referrals to specialists when required.
• Maintain adherence to clinical guidelines and hospital protocols.

Multidisciplinary Coordination

• Work closely with specialists, surgeons, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Participate in clinical discussions and case reviews.
• Ensure seamless patient care through effective interdepartmental communication.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
