Primary Responsibilities :
Role & Responsibility:
- Conduct market research to stay updated with customer trends and predict future trends.
- Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to meet customer expectations and build brand credibility.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports.
- Supervise advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Meet with clients and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers, and chief marketing officers).
- Manage budgets and a team of junior assistants.
- Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
- Organize ATL/BTL activities.
