Primary Responsibilities :
Position : Marketing & Sales Managers
Exp :
- Minimum Total 7+ years industry experience
- Commercial experience of sales/ marketing of speciality chemicals and customer facing experience of 5 years is required.
Work Location : Noida
Responsibilities :
o Responsible for achieving sales targets for India
o Deliver the sales volume and revenue forecasts along with the annual operating plan and own
responsibility for the forecast accuracy
o Direct and coordinate all operational and business activities to meet customer requirements
and achieve and/or exceed profit plan and strategic planning goals and objectives.
Preference Background :
- Worked in a Paint/Printing Ink Company (As sales rep for B2B or Worked in R&D), Worked with other
Specialty Chemical Distributors i.e Shah TC, Prakash Dye Chem, Bhasin Associates, IMCD, Vimal
Intertrade, CHEMET, KPL International, Pon Pure Chemicals, Bansal Trading and others similar in
the industry - Close contact with R&D Scientists & Supply Chain Team, worked with Foreign suppliers and understands their
expectations. Work Experience of working with global manufacturer of Specialty & Functional Chemicals,
Raw Materials Etc. Min-Work Ex of 7 years
Industry :
- Paints & Coating: Candidates should have broad knowledge and contacts with manufacturers of Printing Ink,
Adhesives and Paint Companies details of which is narrated in the next sheet with the profile of the company - Coatings Applications:
Additives that provide matting effects for wood, coil and architectural coatings; corrosion protection for metal
surfaces; desiccant or moisture adsorption protection for moisture-sensitive paints; Tacking Agents for
adhesives and, to enhance media and paper quality in inkjet coatings.
