Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer
Location: Goa
Project Type: Residential Construction
Reporting To: Senior Site Engineer
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in execution and supervision of day-to-day site activities for residential construction.
• Monitor progress as per the construction schedule and report deviations.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
• Support in preparing bar bending schedules, quantity take-offs, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain site documentation (DPR, labor attendance, etc.).
• Ensure safety practices are followed on-site.
• Assist in preparing and verifying bills and material requisitions.
• Communicate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP contractors as needed.

• Basic understanding of RCC, masonry, waterproofing, plastering, and finishing works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job.

• Resident or willing to relocate to Goa.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
