Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor & Estimator
Location: Goa
Project Type: Residential Construction
Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior QS
Experience: 3–7 years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Certification

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential buildings, including civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Prepare and update BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site requirements.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct rate analysis for labor, materials, and subcontracted works specific to Goa market.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track variations and prepare cost impact reports for changes in design or scope.
• Assist in vendor comparison, contractor negotiations, and tendering processes.
• Verify contractor bills and support in finalization of running and final bills.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope and quantities.
• Maintain documentation for budgeting, cost tracking, and audit purposes.

• Familiarity with Goa’s local construction materials, rates, and labor conditions.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
