Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or related field preferred).
3–4 years of relevant experience in technical sales or solution selling.
Reporting
Reports to the Sales Manager / Business Head.

Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and solution selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
Technical Support & Solution Selling
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for solution implementation.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical aptitude combined with sales acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
