Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow domestic sales accounts
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely delivery
Follow up with customers for payments and repeat orders
Maintain customer relationships and handle complaints
Develop new domestic clients and sales opportunities
Prepare sales reports and update management
Key Skills Required:
Experience in domestic B2B sales
Knowledge of plastic products and manufacturing processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of billing, dispatch, and order management
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
