The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and leading initiatives to expand the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead end-to-end sales operations and marketing campaigns
Identify new market opportunities and business segments
Plan and implement digital and offline marketing activities
Manage lead generation and conversion processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Oversee branding, promotions, and advertising initiatives
Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI

Prepare sales forecasts and marketing plans

Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team
