A) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels

B) Team Building, Mentoring & Workforce Planning

  • Design and build scalable teams aligned with business growth
  • Support team integration during mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
  • Mentor and coach employees and managers
  • Plan and forecast manpower requirements
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Maintain execution excellence in HR processes

C) Culture Development & Employee Engagement

  • Promote a positive and high-performance culture
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Act as a culture ambassador aligned with company values
  • Address employee concerns proactively
