Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Tugmasters or Heavy Multi-Axle vehicles, preferably in a port or large logistics hub.
License: Must hold a valid Heavy Duty Driving License (UAE or home country license transferable/recognized).
Skills: Excellent reversing skills and ability to maneuver large trailers in tight spaces.
Language: Basic English is necessary to understand safety signs and radio instructions.

Role Overview:
We are hiring 78 Tugmaster Operators to facilitate the movement of containers within a busy port terminal in the Northern Emirates. The role involves driving specialized terminal tractors to transport trailers between the Quay Cranes (QC) and the Yard (RTG area).
Key Responsibilities:
Container Transport: Safe and efficient driving of Tugmaster/Terminal Tractors within the port premises.
Coupling/Uncoupling: Expertly connecting and disconnecting trailers/chassis to the tug unit.
Operational Alignment: Reversing and positioning trailers precisely under Quay Cranes and RTGs for loading/unloading.
Safety & Maintenance: Performing daily vehicle inspections (tyres, brakes, fluids) and following strict port traffic regulations.
Communication: Using two-way radios to receive instructions from the dispatcher or yard supervisor.
