Job Summary
The Head of CIO Commercial Development Hub will lead the strategic intersection of technology and commercial growth. You will be responsible for driving the development of innovative technical solutions that have direct commercial impact, managing large-scale engineering teams, and aligning the CIO office’s technical roadmap with the organization’s revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA from a premier institute.
Tech Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering or "Development Hub" environments (50+ personnel).
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS models, digital transformation, and how technology creates competitive market advantages.
Domain Expertise: Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud-native development, and data-driven decision-making.
Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills to influence C-suite stakeholders.
