Technical Skills Required
Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the corrugation "Dry End" mechanics (Slitter-Scorer, NC Cutters, and Stackers).
Measurement Literacy: Ability to read production orders, blueprints, and use measuring tapes/vernier calipers with high precision.
Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and fix common issues like "out-of-square" cuts or improper scoring depths.
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up and manage the Slitter-Scorer and Cut-off Knife stations to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Quality Control: Constantly monitor for "warp" (curving), de-lamination, and dimensional deviations in the finished boards.
Production Stacking: Supervise the auto-stacker to ensure neat, damage-free piling of boards for the next production stage.
Wastage Management: Minimize "trim waste" and optimize machine speed without compromising sheet integrity.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily machine lubrication and cleaning; adhere to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and safety protocols to prevent workplace hazards.
Documentation: Maintain logs of production output, rejection rates, and machine downtime.
