Job Title: Backoffice Executive
Locations: Providenciales or Grand Turk (Turks and Caicos Islands)
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 Years (Long-term commitment required)
Vacancies: 3 (Female candidates as per client requirement)
Monthly Budget: $2,000 USD (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in relevant administrative/backoffice roles
1. Role Summary
The Backoffice Executive will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth operational flow of the office. This role requires a professional with a strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation, data, and client communications with high accuracy.
3. Candidate Profile
Experience & Education:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid experience in a Backoffice, Admin, or Secretarial role.
Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Business Administration preferred).
International Readiness: Must be willing to commit to a minimum 3-year contract and relocate to Turks and Caicos.
Key Skills:
Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle high volumes of digital documentation.
Communication: Exceptional command over written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: High level of integrity (handling confidential data), meticulous attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
Documentation: Prior experience with visa processing or international documentation is a plus but not mandatory.

2. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Data Management
Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems for client records and corporate documentation.
Accurate data entry into company ERP/CRM systems and regular maintenance of Excel-based trackers.
Draft, format, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and internal memos.
Operational Support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of administrative workflows.
Manage office inventory and assist in the procurement of office supplies or services.
Handle basic accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, or managing petty cash.
Coordination & Communication
Manage incoming calls, emails, and surface mail, redirecting them to the appropriate stakeholders.
Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining the office calendar.
Liaison with local vendors and service providers in TCI as required.
