Required Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 3–4 years in a dedicated Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
Excel Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Power Query) and complex PivotTable modeling.
Experience Requirements:
AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools for prompt engineering, code generation (SQL/Python/VBA), and data transformation.
Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
Analytical Mindset: A "detective" approach to data—finding the why behind the numbers, not just the what.
Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture & Management: Design, build, and maintain robust, structured datasets tailored for complex business analysis.
Strategic Dashboarding: Develop high-impact, interactive dashboards that translate raw data into compelling visual stories for stakeholders.
AI Workflow Integration: Proactively leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate repetitive data cleaning, generate complex Excel formulas, and summarize technical insights.
MIS & Reporting: Own the end-to-end delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity.
Insight Discovery: Perform deep-dive analysis on large-scale datasets to identify hidden trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in manual reporting and implement automated solutions to enhance team productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to translate business questions into technical data requirements.
