Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive business expansion through franchise development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, presenting the franchise model, closing franchise deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees.

The role requires strong sales expertise, relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of franchise business operations.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Acquisition & Sales

Identify and generate franchise leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, and events.

Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and business presentations with prospective franchise partners.

Explain the franchise model, investment structure, ROI, operational processes, and support framework.

Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

2. Market Research & Territory Mapping

Analyze target markets and identify suitable locations for franchise expansion.

Conduct competitive analysis of franchise businesses within the recruitment and staffing industry.

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchise prospects and expansion territories.

3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise investors and prospects.

Address franchise-related queries regarding profitability, operations, compliance, and business processes.

Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, HR, and Finance for smooth franchise onboarding.

4. Franchise Onboarding Support

Coordinate documentation, franchise agreements, and payment processes.

Ensure franchise partners receive proper onboarding, orientation, and training support.

Handover successfully onboarded franchisees to the operations and support teams.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate CRM records of franchise inquiries, meetings, and closures.

Prepare weekly and monthly franchise sales reports.

Track KPIs including:

Leads generated

Meetings conducted

Closures achieved

Revenue generated

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Understanding of franchise business models.

Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry will be an added advantage.

Ability to build strong relationships with investors and business partners.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.

Strong market research and analytical skills.

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 3–7 years in franchise sales, business development, or channel sales.
