Role Overview
AIS Technolabs is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business expansion in the global iGaming and Online Casino sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, acquiring B2B clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through AIS Technolabs’ advanced iGaming solutions including White-label, Turnkey, and Custom Development services.

Strategic Business Growth
Identify and acquire new B2B clients including:

Expand business across Europe, LATAM, North America, and other international markets.
Consultative Selling
Present and promote AIS Technolabs’ iGaming solutions including:
Sportsbook Infrastructure
Poker Software
Slot Game Development
AI-driven Player Protection Tools
Understand client business models and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from:
Lead Generation
Client Outreach
Product Demonstrations
Proposal & Contract Negotiation
Deal Closure
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Solution Design & Coordination
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare:
Tailored Statements of Work (SOW)
Business proposals
ROI-focused solution presentations
Ensure client requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor.
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention by aligning business goals with delivery capabilities.
