Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and service requests

Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

Ensure timely response and communication with clients

Support sales and operations teams with customer coordination

Prepare MIS reports and service updates

MS Office and ERP knowledge preferred
