Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Partnership Executive to manage affiliate partnerships, onboard new partners, support campaign execution, and strengthen community engagement across global markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience managing affiliate systems, and the ability to work closely with multiple internal departments including finance, sales, and commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Management
Manage and execute affiliate operations through affiliate management systems across multiple countries
Monitor affiliate activities and ensure smooth operational workflows
Review and respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate with finance, sales, and commerce teams for affiliate-related processes
Partner Onboarding & Community Engagement
Expand affiliate partner onboarding through:
Social media platforms
Events and community engagement activities
Online and offline networking channels
Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships globally
Support affiliate partners with onboarding guidance and business support
Campaign Management & Promotions
Create and execute affiliate campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate social media promotions and content updates related to affiliate platforms
Monitor sample requests and optimize promotional content accordingly
Ensure affiliates have access to updated marketing materials and tracking links
Reporting & Data Analysis
Extract and analyze affiliate data using Excel and affiliate systems
Prepare regular affiliate performance reports
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve affiliate program effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
Compliance & Support
Monitor and address fraudulent activities or non-compliance issues among affiliates
Conduct educational sessions, product training, and guidance programs for affiliate partners
Support affiliates in improving their marketing and business strategies
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of affiliate management systems
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder communications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital campaign management preferred
Experience handling international affiliate operations is an advantage
