Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to manage sales activities for residential real estate projects including villas and flats in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in property sales, client handling, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures within the real estate sector.

 

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

Handle sales of villas, flats, and residential projects

Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly

Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation processes

Assist clients with pricing, payment plans, and agreement formalities

Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Identify new business opportunities and customer segments

Support marketing and promotional activities when required

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Real estate sales certifications will be an added advantage

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

Strong experience in selling villas and flats

Proven track record in sales closures and client acquisition

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent customer handling abilities

Knowledge of real estate market and property sales processes

Ability to achieve sales targets

CRM and basic MS Office knowledge
