About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Success Manager with strong experience in B2B relationship management and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, long-term retention, and business growth through consultative account management.

This role requires a proactive professional who can balance relationship building, project execution, and revenue growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term business relationships.

Understand client business objectives and proactively provide solutions aligned with their goals.

Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Address client concerns promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Project Execution & Delivery

Manage end-to-end project execution and ensure timely delivery of services.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain quality standards and meet client expectations.

Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively.

Ensure all deliverables are completed within timelines and agreed budgets.

Business Growth & Account Development

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for proposal preparation and new business initiatives.

Drive account growth by understanding evolving client requirements and market opportunities.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

Guide and mentor junior team members on client management best practices.

Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare detailed MIS reports, presentations, and client updates.

Maintain accurate client records and CRM data for effective decision-making.

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing roles.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Strategic and consultative approach to client relationship management.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools is preferred.
