Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic English Teacher for Grade 1 to 5 mixed-age classrooms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong grammar expertise, excellent spoken English with an American accent, and the ability to improve students’ communication and public speaking skills through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
The role requires someone who can create a positive learning environment while incorporating theatre, drama, and activity-based learning techniques to build confidence and fluency among students.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Classroom Management
Teach English language and grammar to students from Grade 1 to 5
Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions
Manage mixed-age classroom learning effectively
Develop lesson plans aligned with learning objectives
Communication & Language Development
Improve students’:
Grammar proficiency
Spoken English
Communication skills
Pronunciation and fluency
Encourage conversational English using an American accent approach
Activity-Based Learning
Conduct:
Public speaking activities
Theatre and drama sessions
Storytelling and communication exercises
Build students’ confidence in speaking and presentation
Student Development & Evaluation
Monitor student progress and learning outcomes
Provide constructive feedback and guidance

Required Qualifications
Graduation in any relevant field preferred
Post-Graduation preferred but not mandatory
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred
