Primary Responsibilities :
• Operate and maintain ammonia/Freon refrigeration systems and cold room equipment.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigeration controls.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of refrigeration plants.
• Identify and troubleshoot leakage, compressor faults, and electrical/mechanical issues.
• Ensure uninterrupted cooling operations and minimize downtime.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and operational records.
• Handle gas charging, defrosting, piping, and valve maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures for ammonia handling and refrigeration operations.
• Coordinate with operations and facility teams for smooth plant functioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food-grade cold storage standards.
