Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions, application architectures, and database designs.
Bridge the gap between Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution.
Lead technical design discussions and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams.
Break down complex systems into executable components and implementation plans.
2. Hands-On Development & Engineering Excellence
Actively contribute to the codebase through design, development, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
Build high-performance backend services and APIs using modern development frameworks.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architecture, technologies, and business use cases.
Create UI-driven prototypes when required to demonstrate functionality and technical feasibility.
3. Cloud & Infrastructure Management
Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications and services.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure, networking, DNS, databases, and deployment environments.
Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using modern DevOps practices.
Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of deployed applications.
4. Delivery Ownership & Execution
Own the end-to-end technical execution of projects, features, and major initiatives.
Ensure alignment between architectural designs and actual implementation.
Monitor delivery timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Improve development efficiency while maintaining engineering quality standards.
5. System Architecture & Distributed Systems
Design and support microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Drive best practices around scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
Evaluate technical trade-offs and make informed architectural decisions.
Support modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. DevOps & Operational Excellence
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
Support production environments, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Monitor application performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
7. Team Mentorship & Stakeholder Management
Mentor engineers through technical coaching, code reviews, and design guidance.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate technical decisions and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Foster engineering best practices and a culture of ownership and accountability.
