Primary Responsibilities :

1. Adviser & Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers by managing calendars, appointments, emails, and client meeting schedules.
Coordinate client booking pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on adviser requirements.
Act as the primary support contact for adviser-related administrative activities.
2. Client Onboarding & Compliance Management
Prepare and manage client onboarding documentation and compliance-related paperwork.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Financial Services Guides (FSG) and other regulatory documents.
Ensure all client records and onboarding processes comply with industry and regulatory requirements.
3. CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update client records accurately within financial planning and CRM systems.
Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy across all client information.
Manage client databases and support ongoing record maintenance activities.
4. Implementation & Operations Support
Coordinate with fund managers, insurance providers, and investment platforms to implement financial advice recommendations.
Track applications, transfers, policy updates, and investment-related transactions.
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely completion of implementation activities.
5. Financial Planning Documentation Support
Assist in preparing review reports, Records of Advice (RoA), and supporting documentation for Statements of Advice (SoA).
Gather and organize financial data required for adviser reviews and client recommendations.
Support advisers and paraplanners in document preparation and client servicing activities.
6. Compliance & Administrative Coordination
Manage Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and Ongoing Service Agreement (OSA) tracking.
Monitor compliance requirements and maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
Support operational and administrative projects as required by the business.

Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Finance, M.Com, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning Support, Wealth Management Support, Financial Services Operations, or a related role.
Experience within Australian Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning environments is highly preferred.
Exceptional fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and excellent communication skills may be considered.
