Primary Responsibilities :

Project Coordination & Management
Coordinate and manage multiple projects across various departments.
Track project timelines, deliverables, pending activities, and follow-ups.
Maintain project trackers, Minutes of Meeting (MOM) trackers, and process documentation.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and escalate delays when necessary.
Support management in planning, prioritizing, and executing operational projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project status reports, updates, and management summaries.
2. Workflow & Process Management
Develop and maintain operational workflows and process trackers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation.
Support implementation and testing of new systems and software.
Assist departments in enhancing operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and process guidelines.
3. Software & System Coordination
Research and evaluate business software solutions and productivity tools.
Coordinate software implementation, migration, and user onboarding activities.
Support workflow automation and system optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with software vendors for setup, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Manage software access records and user coordination activities.
4. Communication & Vendor Management
Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate contracts, renewals, quotations, approvals, and vendor-related activities.
Follow up on agreements, service issues, and pending actions.
Prepare business correspondence, reports, and professional communications.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and business partners.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, summaries, and management updates.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, agreements, and project documentation.
Assist in creating presentations, trackers, and business reports.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of project-related information.
6. Administrative & Management Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management.
Schedule meetings, track action items, and prepare meeting notes.
Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
Monitor task completion and maintain accountability across teams.

Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification
