Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business relationships within the assigned territory.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and strengthen relationships.
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer applications, process flows, and technical requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical and commercial guidance.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate after-sales support activities with relevant teams.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
Technical & Commercial Support
Analyze customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.
Support customers with product selection, application guidance, and solution implementation.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, discounts, and sales agreements.
Market Development & Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Identify new market opportunities and convert them into actionable business plans.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging business segments.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance analyses.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, opportunities, and project progress.
Monitor ongoing projects, quotations, and order execution processes.
Collaborate closely with internal sales, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.
Contribute to annual sales planning and territory budgeting activities.

Experience Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Instrumentation Sales, Process Automation, Measurement & Control Systems, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
Experience in handling industrial customers and providing technical sales solutions.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of measurement and control instruments, industrial automation, and process applications.
Ability to understand customer processes and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
