Primary Responsibilities :
Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
Prepare subcontractor payment certificates, bills, and valuation reports.
Maintain project cost trackers, variation registers, and quantity records.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Support contract administration, documentation, and project reporting activities
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Civil Quantity Surveying or construction cost management.
Knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with attention to detail.
