Primary Responsibilities :
1. Process Monitoring & Enzyme Application
- Supervise and monitor the application of enzyme-based products in sugar processing, grain processing, and distillery operations.
- Ensure optimum enzyme dosage, process parameters, and application methods.
- Monitor fermentation, liquefaction, saccharification, and related biochemical processes.
- Track process performance and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and product quality.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide on-site technical support to customers and production teams.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to enzyme applications and fermentation processes.
- Support customers in achieving optimum process performance and yield enhancement.
3. Production & Performance Optimization
- Analyze production and process data to improve recovery, productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct field trials and performance evaluations of enzyme products.
- Prepare technical recommendations and reports based on trial outcomes.
- Assist in product validation and commercialization activities.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, GMP requirements, and customer specifications.
- Monitor critical quality parameters throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate technical records, trial reports, and process documentation.
- Support quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
5. Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and promote safe working practices.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations related to enzyme handling and production processes.
6. Customer & Field Support
- Coordinate with customer production teams for effective product implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for process optimization.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support long-term business growth.

Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in:

- Microbiology
