Primary Responsibilities :

Creative Design & Campaign Execution

  • Design high-impact creatives for political campaigns, digital advertisements, and social media platforms.
  • Create visually engaging content that captures audience attention within seconds.
  • Develop campaign creatives for multiple channels including:
    • Social Media
    • Digital Advertising
    • Print Media
    • Outdoor Campaigns
    • Television Campaigns (TVCs)
    • Election Communication Material
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initial brainstorming through final delivery.

Visual Identity Management

  • Maintain consistency across all campaign and brand communication materials.
  • Ensure adherence to visual guidelines, color systems, typography standards, and campaign branding requirements.
  • Build and evolve campaign identities that remain recognizable across platforms.

Typography & Print Design

  • Create typography-driven layouts and print advertisements.
  • Design newspaper advertisements, campaign collateral, posters, brochures, and other printed materials.
  • Ensure design quality, readability, and visual hierarchy in all print executions.

Campaign Ideation

  • Participate actively in creative discussions and campaign planning.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Translate political narratives, policy messages, and campaign strategies into effective visual communication.

Multi-Platform Design

  • Design assets for:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • X (Twitter)
    • YouTube
    • WhatsApp Campaigns
    • Election Outreach Programs
  • Adapt creative concepts across various formats and dimensions.

Quality Assurance

  • Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of design execution under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect output across all deliverables.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
    • Campaign Strategists
    • Content Writers
    • Political Researchers
    • Digital Marketing Teams
    • Video Editors
  • Collaborate to ensure campaign objectives are effectively translated into visuals.
Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
  • Experience in advertising agencies, media houses, campaign agencies, political consulting firms, or creative agencies preferred.

Technical Skills

Must have strong hands-on expertise in:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator

Preferred:

  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Figma
  • Canva (advanced level)

Design Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Typography
    • Print Design
    • Layout Design
    • Color Theory
    • Visual Storytelling
    • Branding Principles
  • Ability to create compelling visuals from complex messaging.

Portfolio Requirement

  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
    • Campaign creatives
    • Digital advertisements
    • Print advertisements
    • Typography-focused projects
    • Branding work
  • Portfolio submission is mandatory.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain creative concepts effectively.
